Maria Vidagañ Murgui was born in 1981 in Valencia, Spain.
Graduated in the Fine Arts Faculty of Valencia, she also studied at the Mimar Sinan Guzel Sanatlar Universitesi in Istanbul (Turkey) and at L’Ecole des Beaux Arts in Rennes (France)
Making art actions, public interventions, video or installations, Maria Vidagañ works to change the intent of the everyday acts introducing minor modifications to its logical. She has walked around the edges of a television monitor from an ATM of a bank, has walked a red chair in a train station, has made a misleading travel time and has made a drift through the city in search of invasive plants.
